Dr. Seal Fleximix is a modified acrylic polymer formulated to provide a flexible cementitious waterproof coating when combined with today's cement. The flexibility and weatherability of acrylic blended with the strength of concrete comprises a superior coating which forms a tough, elastic, waterproof, UV resistant seam-free membrane.
Uses: Ideally used to waterproof roof decks, bathrooms, balconies, car park decks, sport surfaces and other exposed areas.

Latex Base DRYLOK Masonry Waterproofer is the easy and manageable way to deal with water seepage problems.
Uses: Formulated for waterproofing all interior, exterior, above or below grade masonry walls, cinder and concrete blocks, stucco and brick, retaining walls, basement walls and foundations.
Latex Base DRYLOK has been tested to ASTM D-7088 Resistance to Hydrostatic Pressure and ASTM D-6904 Resistance to Wind Driven Rain.
Latex Base DRYLOK EXTREME Masonry Waterproofer is the Next Generation in waterproof coatings. Features flexible Encapsulated Polymers which squeeze into the masonry for the ultimate in waterproof protection.
Specially formulated to resist mildew growth on the dry paint film with the incorporation of an environmentally friendly green biocide. Fully transferable 15 year warranty. Tested to ASTM D-7088 Resistance to Hydrostatic Pressure at 15 psi and ASTM D- 6904 Resistance to Wind Driven Rain. Reduces radon gas penetration.
