DR. SEAL AS-480 PAINTABLE SEALANT
Dr. Seal AS-480 Acrylic Paintable Sealant is a one part, water based acrylic sealant that cures to a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces without a primer. Suitable for sealing and filling gaps or joints where low demands of elongation are required.

Xtraseal MC-800 is a one part, gun applied and water-based acrylic sealant that cures to a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces without primer. It is also a low cost and environmental friendly sealant that can be easily cleaned up with water. These dispersion acrylic sealants are far more superior if compraed to other caulking compund, such as Butyl Mastics, oil-based Mastics etc.

EVERFLEX 175 UNIVERSAL ACRYLIC SEALANT is an acrylic Sealant, suitable for internal and external use that provides a permanently flexible long lasting seal that adheres to virtually all materials. Contains anti-fungal agent to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity, and can be overpainted.
